Clearly we need to act. In particular, sales overhead is too high: in some countries, our structures need improvement and the distribution of our R&D capacities is currently not completely in line with the growth regions of the future. This imbalance must be corrected immediately! And that means that changes will be required, changes that will be benchmarked against our competitors’ structures and will affect the entire value chain.
